Ordinances

The Town of Poultney Ordinance Regulating All-Terrain Vehicles (ATVs)/Utility Task Vehicles (UTVs) was approved for adoption by the Selectboard on 11/24/25 and signed on 12/8/25 .  The ordinance is currently in the adoption process as set forth in Section 14. Effective Date.
